A Special Resolution “That the name of the company be changed to ‘Federation of Model Engineering Societies’.” was put before the membership at the 2019 – 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 13 March 2021. 

Following a vote, the resolution was adopted by the delegates at the AGM.
